Small order handling supplement
There is no minimum order value but orders below £50 (excluding vat) are subject to a £5 small order handling charge.
Payment Terms
Initial orders are processed on a pro-forma basis. All payment methods are acceptable.
Thereafter, credit facilities are available subject to completion of a credit account application form.
Credit limits will be confirmed in writing when a trading account is established.
Credit cards are not accepted for settlement of credit accounts.
Alternatively you can pay at the time of ordering using a credit or debit card.
Lead Times
The target despatch date is 7 days from receipt of order. If we are requested to assemble prints into the products,
up to 3 additional days may be required. Extended lead times are applied during November and December and will be
notified to all account holders prior to implementation.
Delivery and charges
All goods are distributed by an independent courier on a next working day service.
As delivery is via a third party we cannot guarantee delivery schedules only despatch dates.
Tariffs from March 2008:
Mainland UK & Isle of Wight
Orders up to £100 - £10 carriage charge per consignment
Orders of and above £100 - carriage charge free
Orders despatched direct to third party address - £12 carriage charge per consignment
Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands
Orders up to £100 - £25 carriage charge per consignment
Orders of £100 and up to £300 - £15 carriage charge per consignment
Orders of and above £300 - carriage charge free
Orders despatched direct to third party address - £27 carriage charge per consignment
Channel Islands, Scottish Islands & Ireland
Orders up to £100 - £35 carriage charge per consignment
Orders of £100 and up to £500 - £25 carriage charge per consignment
Orders of and above £500 - carriage charge free

Special delivery requests
We will always try to accommodate any special requirements in respect of delivery arrangements.
Where such arrangements incur additional charges, the charges will be passed on to the customer at cost.
Claims
All consignments should be checked for external damage and completeness before signing any delivery dockets.
Any damaged goods must be notified within 5 days of receipt.
Shortages must be notified within 5 days of receipt of invoice.
Liability
We are not liable for lost, damaged, late or non-delivery of an order due to circumstances outside our control.
Further, we are not liable for damage reported by, nor the recovery of goods from, a third party.
Amendments
We reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, products, prices and conditions of sale.
