Small order handling supplement
There is no minimum order value on orders for delivery in the UK however, orders below £35 (excluding vat) are subject to a £3.50 small order handling charge.
Payment Terms
All goods will be invoiced with issue of the order confirmation. Settlement must be received before goods are despatched. All payment methods are acceptable.
Credit facilities are available subject to completion of a credit application form.
Credit limits will be confirmed in writing when a credit facility is established.
Credit cards are not accepted for settlement of credit accounts.
Agreed payment terms are displayed under 'My Account' and at the base of each invoice.
Lead Times
The target despatch date is 5 working days from receipt of order. If we are requested to assemble prints into the products, up to 3 additional working days may be required. The Acrylics range is an exception and target despatch date is 10 working days from receipt of order. Extended lead times are applied during November and December and are notified to all account holders prior to implementation.
Delivery and charges
All goods are distributed by an independent courier on a next working day service.
As delivery is via a third party we cannot guarantee delivery schedules only despatch dates.

Mainland UK
Orders up to £125 - £11 carriage charge per consignment
Orders of and above £125 - carriage charge waived
Orders despatched direct to third party address - £15 carriage charge per consignment
Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands & Isle of Wight
Orders up to £125 - £25 carriage charge per consignment
Orders of £125 and up to £350 - £15 carriage charge per consignment
Orders of and above £350 - carriage charge waived
Orders despatched direct to third party address - £29 carriage charge per consignment
Channel Islands & Scottish Islands
Orders up to £125 - £35 carriage charge per consignment
Orders of £125 and up to £500 - £25 carriage charge per consignment
Orders of and above £500 - carriage charge waived
Republic of Ireland
Only orders above £500 are shipped outside the UK
Orders of £500 and up to £1000 - £35 carriage charge per consignment
Orders of and above £1000 - carriage charge waived
Other EEC and Rest of the World
Only orders above £500 are shipped outside the UK

Special delivery requests
We will always try to accommodate any special requirements in respect of delivery arrangements.
Where such arrangements incur additional charges, the charges will be passed on to the customer at cost.
Claims
All consignments should be checked for external damage and completeness before signing any delivery dockets.
Any damaged goods must be notified within 5 working days of receipt.
Shortages must be notified within 5 working days of receipt of invoice.
Liability
We are not liable for lost, damaged, late or non-delivery of an order due to circumstances outside our control. Third party prints are accepted for framing however, items are submitted entirely at the risk of the owner. Goods are insured whilst on our premises but this does not cover lamination processes. Kaleidoscope are not liable for damage in transit either to or from our business premises.
Further, we are not liable for damage reported by, nor the recovery of goods from, a third party.

We reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, products, prices and conditions of sale.
